We decided to celebrate our Anniversary here so the last 3 days of 2018 was spent here just in marvelous way. My Check-in was smooth after couple of signatures I was asked to wait at the Earth Plate Restaurant as they were to decor my room and bath tub with rose petals. After few minutes, the Guest Relationship Executive – Debasis came to receive us and we all headed on the way to our room which was on 4th floor, Mercury Lagoon facing the tropical lagoon, then Debasis greeted warm wishes on our special day with red roses bouquet and handed the keycard to us. The same keycard can be used for the Elevator as well.
MERCURY LAGOON FACING ROOM – It was such a delight to see the astoundingly beautiful room of 410 sq.ft with an elegant interiors, spacious balcony offering majestic view with coffee table set, King size bed and exquisite bathroom with bath tub, shower cabin and complete set of toiletries. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury indeed. We spent our maximum time at the balcony witnessing the splendid dome structure and the serene view of the lagoon sipping the hot coffee. All the 354 rooms of Sahara Star are richly crafted with modern technology which includes High-Speed Internet Access and LED flat screen television, minibar, tea/coffee maker are few thoughtful amenities.
BREAKFAST in one word is LAVISH. the other day we welcomed our morning with lavish spread of breakfast at all day dining Earth Plate, the counters were nicely done in and out to manage all the guest conveniently. It was a pleasant sight indulging into king type breakfast amidst the aquatic wonders.
POOL – Swimming pool experience was ultimate bliss for my son. He got some boys company and indeed it was surreal experience. A leisurely walk by the pool and lawn side is highly recommended to unwind and rejuvenate yourself.
LUNCH/DINNER – We tried authentic Indian delicacies (Flavors from Hyderabad and Lucknow) at Fine Dining Restaurant “Namak” Kudos to the Namak Management for the Wow Hospitality, Scrumptious Meal and charming experience. The current event at Namak of Kashmiri Food Festival – Daawat -E – Wazwan is ongoing till 3rd Feb 2019 the best traditional kashmiri culinary spread is cooked by the Chef Rayees Ahmed Khan. I am sure this is gonna be an another joyous and delightful experience for all foodies to embrace the superior dining experience
Our Anniversary special stay was truly perfect in every sense.
